Reservations:

Reservations can be made by phone or online.

Phone reservations are available during gatehouse hours dependent on season.

  • No phone reservations are taken on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Online, real time reservations are available 24hrs.

Reservations are made by site type. Online bookings are the sole responsibility of the camper. Site type reserved always takes precedent. Fort Camping is not responsible to change reservations to match site requests for online bookings.

Multi site reservations: If requesting to camp close to another camper, only same site types can be close together. If different site types are required, you are doing so with the knowledge you will not be side by side or guaranteed close together.

Reservations are not transferable. Reservation holder name(s) must be provided at the time of booking and cannot be added or changed later. Provincial Government Issued ID will be required at check in.  Any reservation holders found to be transferring or selling their reservations to another party, risk their reservation being cancelled without a refund. If a customer can no longer use their reservation, they are encouraged to cancel it so that any unused camping fees that are not forfeited as a penalty, can be refunded to the credit card that was used to make the original reservation.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted by email only. Please email info@fortcamping.com.

Campsite reservations cancelled prior to 14 days before arrival are subject to a $10 administration fee.  Campsite reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival forfeit 100% payment.

14 days’ notice of cancellation is required for all tent cabins and the Group Site. Deposit is forfeited if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Site Designations:

Our Reservation system optimizes site use automatically so there is no guarantee that the site you booked will be the one you have upon arrival.  The only way to guarantee a site is to lock it at time of booking for a one time site lock fee.

Fort Camping has designated sites for campers depending on the type of unit and unit length.

  • The water/electric sites at the front of the campground are for tents, campers, vans and trailers or motorhomes that are less that 21 feet in length.
  • RV- Full Hook-Up sites can accommodate larger motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers..  Only RV’s that are self-contained with black and grey sewer hook-ups can reserve a FHU site.

If your unit changes, please advise us prior to your stay to avoid disappointment at check-in.
