July 4, 2022 - The situation remains the same, we are still monitoring water levels and expect to remain open. June 29, 2022 - At the present time, we continue to check the water level in the Bedford Channel. The Mission River gauge is at 5.663. Fort Camping will issue an evacuation alert to all our guests if the water level reaches the 6 metre mark and at 6.5 metres, we will close the park. Unfortunately, at this time, it is a day-to-day situation which we are monitoring regularly through out the day and will issue any updates on our website and Facebook.


  1. Each site will have access to FREE Wifi. The network name is ‘FortCamping WiFi’; password is fortcamping2021
  2. We have cut the old cable cord! BUT Digital cable is now available at Fort Camping through your own Shaw Digital Cable box. Please make arrangements with Shaw in advance so you can enjoy digital cable during your stay!
  3. We are excited to host you at Fort Camping in 2022, and please respect our COVID-19 Plan which states:
    1. maximum 6 people per site
    2. respecting other guests & staff by keeping a safe distance of 2 meters (6 feet)
    3. masks are appreciated in all common facilities
    4. abiding by the maximum occupancy limit for the general store & laundry room facilities

Bookings are now open for 2022

You can book 365 days out on a rolling calendar for 2022.  In other words you have to wait until the BC Day long weekend to book that weekend for next year, but any dates up until today are open now.
