It’s Camping Season Again!

Welcome to a new camping season at Fort Camping.  After a long cold winter, we’ve said a fond farewell to our winter campers as they head off to their summer destinations and gotten busy around the campground.

You’ll see some changes this year since we’ve had some major tree work done and it’s opened everything up so we can enjoy more of the summer sun!

We also have 5 family tent cabins located in the Kingfisher section of the campground that will be available starting the May long weekend.  If you haven’t tried “glamping” this is the way to go.  They each sleep five people and come equipped with a table and chairs, a mini fridge and even a TV so you can bring your own DVDs.

To kick things off this season we’re Celebrating Canadian Camping and RVing week from May 23rd-28th with a “stay for 5, pay for 4” special.  Just let our reservations team know when you book that you would like to participate in the special.

As part of Canadian Camping week there’s going to be a huge marshmallow roast in campgrounds across Canada all at the same time but we’ll have more details about that later.

The General Store will be open with limited weekend hours so if you need firewood, or ice or just have a craving for chips or candy we’ll be glad to have you drop by.

We’ll be starting our Kids Programming on the long weekend and we’ll post the Activity flyer on our website just so everyone can plan what activities they want to join in.

Don’t forget to pick up your Frequent Camper Cards when you come in so you can enjoy a free nights camping this summer.

We’re looking forward to another great camping season, making new friends and welcoming back our “regulars”.

Don’t forget to check in with our Facebook page and our website throughout the season. We’ll keep you posted on all the great things we have planned for the summer, who’s going to drop by to entertain you and all the events planned for in and around the Fort Langley area!

Wooohooo…summer’s on the way!!!
